IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO DEALERS: Your main business phone number will be your reference number for this process. ** Due to high demand, Warn is now allocating up to 3 contactors per dealer to start the recall program. Warn must receive a completed Dealer Replacement Contactor Log accounting for each contactor sent to dealer. Additional contactors are available to dealer after returning completed log to Warn. The Dealer Replacement Contactor Log/Labor Reimbursement Form can be filed online by the completing the form on the link below, or by submitting the completed log Download Log to WARN by fax or mail. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ NOTICE RE: DEALER REIMBURSEMENT CHECKS December 1, 2008 - Warn Industries has received notice that the national fulfillment company we retained to process the contactor/labor replacement checks has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Warn Industries is quickly working to issue new checks to replace any outstanding checks issued by Continental Promotion Group (CPG). If you are a dealer, and have a reimbursement check issued by Continental Promotion Group (CPG) on behalf of Warn Industries, please HOLD the check and DO NOT deposit it. Warn will mail new checks to dealers later this week that will replace the checks previously issued by CPG. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
